Please review the following terms carefully before booking with Memories With Me.
To secure your date, a non-refundable booking deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event. Payment options include bank transfer, UPI, or cash.
If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Booking deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible based on availability and with prior notice.
All images and videos are the intellectual property of Memories With Me. Clients receive usage rights for personal use. We reserve the right to use selected content for our portfolio and promotions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Edited photos will be delivered within 4–6 weeks, and films within 6–8 weeks after the event. Delivery may vary slightly depending on seasonal workload and complexity.
Our standard team includes a lead photographer and a cinematographer. Additional team members may be assigned based on package selection. Coverage includes preparation, ceremony, and key reception moments unless otherwise arranged.
We are not liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, illness, etc.). In such rare cases, we will work to reschedule or arrange for a suitable replacement team.
By confirming your booking with Memories With Me, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. A signed agreement may also be issued for specific packages.
